Centrally located, and with state-of-the-art facilities, the Microlise Transport Conference is ready to receive more than 1,000 delegates once again in 2017.
The Ricoh Arena is a state-of-the-art venue, located near Coventry within two hours drive of 75% of England’s population. The site spreads over more than 40 acres of land, and features conference, banqueting, exhibition, hotel and sports facilities.
The Microlise Transport Conference 2017 will take place in the Jaguar Exhibition Hall, a 6,000 sqm space that will house both the conference and exhibition areas.
Travelling to the Ricoh Arena
Arriving by air
Birmingham Airport is located less than 15 miles from the conference venue. It offers both domestic flights within the UK, and international flights to destinations in Europe, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent and North America.
Arriving by car

Arriving by train
The railway station for the Ricoh Arena is the main Coventry railway station, which is in the City Centre and approximately six miles away. There are always black cabs immediately outside the station and it is roughly a 10 to 15 minute journey.

The Microlise Transport Conference has a world-class line-up of speakers covering all aspects currently high on the agenda of transport managers and anyone involved in the operation of modern fleets, up and down the UK. It is an opportunity to learn new skills, network with peers within the industry and hear from experts about the latest trends. It is also free-to-attend.
How much will it cost?
We don’t want there to be a barrier to attendance and have therefore decided not to charge. Please be aware though, if you register and do not attend, we will ask for a £100 donation per delegate for our partner charity, Transaid.
What’s New for 2017?
If you attended the conference last year, expect a lot of new content in the agenda for 2017, including bigger and better workshops and a focus on the issues that really matter. We’ll be announcing a full line-up of new speakers and will be arranging for topics from compliance, to incentivisation to be discussed in our workshops which will be kicking off from the late morning onwards.
